The characters and storyline remain the same as the show from the beginning. The story starts off after Sai's birthday celebration. Some tracks from the show would be used, changes will be made to some and there would also be new tracks/scenes. The story revolves around Sairat and the clearing up of their misunderstandings, insecurities and leads up to their confession. All characters belong to the TV show Ghum Hai Kisi Ki Pyaar Mein.
