He Caused havoc and destruction not just to humans but to demons too. Hell, even those with Nephilim blood were scared of him. Storm was captured again, he was locked up for many years until he faded into nothing but a memory, he was told as a myth to others that weren't created when he terrorized them. That was until he heard a cry. A cry so powerful that he freed him from the dungeon a cry that woke him up and open the gates of hell and let him into the world again. The cry of just a girl. And she was considered Silence. But is Storm really a monster every demon thinks he is?
