Izuku's parents had cool quirks. His mother has a rather weak Telekinesis, but it was useful for a number of tasks. His father can breathe fire. Izuku Midoriya had a weak quirk. In reality, his quirk was actually perfect for Heroics, but his parents preferred his sister's incredibly powerful Telekinesis quirk. Toshinori and Inko Yagi paid less and less attention to their son who's quirk wasn't as powerful or heroic as his sister's.

After a dangerous accusation, Izuku is branded a traitor by all who he knows. Beaten to the point of near-death, he makes a terrible mistake.
