A virus causing people to become violent corpses with the instinctual need to tear apart flesh and devour people. Megumi rushes into a building to escape the zombies hunting him only to be rescued by this man who seems to be a patient from the asylum. Sukuna is intimidating and terrifying, a man of very few words, but he is entirely enamored by Megumi and wants to follow him wherever he goes. Megumi's hope is to find his sister, Tsumiki. He believes that she is alive and out there, waiting for him.

Megumi Fushiguro is a prostitute, one who knows nothing outside of what he's forced to do. A client comes and he offers promises that Megumi doesn't wish to believe.
