As he was making a temporary home base he accidentally gains a overly willing student that spirals into him becoming a teacher of a small group of wannabe mages. due to this he must take on the role of a leader once more as more and more lost souls seek guidance from him in hopes they can right the wrongs that have been dealt to them. will ainz crumble under the pressure of a world similar to his original one or will he rise to the occasion and become somthing more. Due to the immense secrecy of this cult, Mairon's true parents were not known, not even within the ranks of this cult. As such, no one could forsee what had just been unleashed upon the world. In order to ensure the desired fate comes to pass, the cult left him, wrapped in a blanket, outside a muggle's door, and awaited the day he would leave an indelible mark on the world. Throughout his early life, Mairon became aware of his gifts. Just a little. His intelligence was rivalled only by his curiosity, and he didn't care about who got hurt when satisfying this curiosity. (I'm not a die-hard LOTR fan or HP fan. If I get the lore wrong, don't get mad. Some things about both worlds will just have to change in order to accommodate Sauron in HP.)

As Yggdrasil's servers shutdown, another person remembered at the last minute their involvement with the game and decided to log in for one last time due to nostalgia. In response to his foolishness, the rest of the guild scold the undead for wasting the item on a useless NPC. Years later, YGGDRASIL is about to end, and Momonga decides to spend his last moments in Nazarick's throne room. However, as the clock strickes midnight, the overlord finds himself in a new world, and his son a powerful entity of unmatched might.
