"Shisui!" I had called out in hopes he would answer me. Nothing. Wait, the river! I know how to get to the river from here so I took off running in the direction of said river. I could feel my lungs burning as well as my eyes as liquid, most probably tears, slid down my cheeks. I could see the clearing up ahead where I could see them faintly. I finally passed the final bush only to see Shisui fall backward. "SHISUI/NII!" both Itachi and I yelled at the exact same time as I felt an intense stab in my heart. What is this feeling? Everything was slowing down as Itachi turned to me with wide fearful eyes. Why does it feel so tight? I continue running, but it's like I am not moving at all! It's like a wire is wrapped around my heart. It feels like it is connected to Shisui. Is this what inspired the red string of fate? It sucks! And wrong! He is pulling it. Stop! It hurts, Shisui-nii! It's going to snap! My heart clenches before it thumps so loudly, it echoes in my ears. Thump. Just as I reach him, Itachi snatches me up and won't let go. Thump. It's so tight! AHHHHHHH! IT HURTS! Thump. Thump. Thump. I'm thrashing as hard as I can in Itachi's grasp. "Let me go!" I yell. Thump. "Shisui-nii!" I yell some more. "IT HURTS!" I scream causing Itachi to stiffen. Thump. Thump. Thump. I managed to get free of his grasp, but not even a step further am I tackled to the ground. "NO! STOP! LET ME GO! LET ME GO! SHISUIIIIIIIIII!" Thump. Thump. SNAP! I collapsed as my head hit the ground with a thud. Crying into the ground as Itachi ran his fingers over my hair. It was like I was being torn apart. "Let me go," I whine.
