Hazel Waters was born on Orion; a small primitive planet covered with nature and full of life. Her peaceful way of living is thrown into chaos when a string of events brings her to the planet of Zatari; a planet ruled by a tyrant that no one has ever come up against. Thrown into culture shock and disbelief of the events leading up to her time on Zatari, Hazel feels herself slowly falling apart; though the will to survive in this new and strange environment is enough to keep her going. In the midst of her uncertainty, she discovers something about herself that, with the help of a group of rebels called the Elite, could be vital to the downfall of Zatari's ruthless leader.
