Sunny will never forget Basil's smile. Two years after moving away, Sunny has saved up enough money from his part time job to visit his childhood town during the summer. Having realized that Basil may be more than just his friend, he resolves to help Basil through their shared trauma and to unravel the feelings they have for each other. But when he learns that some scars may be too deep to heal, Sunny must confront a new Something that has Basil trapped inside its dark web. It'll be worth it just to see Basil's smile again.

The confession. ...What have I done? The others took it about as well as Sunny had expected, and now he might have lost his only friends. Except for one, the frail boy laying asleep in the hospital bed. The boy who doesn't know that he told them anything. Things will never be the same ever again, that part is guaranteed. Sunny looked away, gaze distant and expression seemingly overcome with thought. Basil felt suddenly confused. Was-? No, stop reading into things. ''...I am.. very glad I know you, Sunny.'' Sunny's expression softened into a small smile at this, and he turned to look at Basil. The two locked eyes, staring with a sweet warmth that felt so special and perfect beyond explanation or any description. -------------------------------------- Sunny, after the events of the good ending, returns to Faraway rather unceremoniously to stay at Basil's for awhile and process himself. The flower boy, however, has a secret that even Sunny doesn't know. The two boys have a few beautiful and stressful moments realizing their feelings for each other and regarding themselves after everything that's happened between them. The only question remaining is where they'll go next. ------ [No smut, only depression and anxiety riddled teenage boys]

To a new city, to a new life, where he could leave everything behind and forget about all of the bad things that happened. But on the night before the move, he got into a fight with Basil as a way to try and stop him from ending his own life. The both of them ended up hospitalized, and while everyone was waiting for Basil to wake up, Sunny decides to jump off of the roof of the building to put an end to the suffering he ensued on himself and all of his friends. But what about everyone else? What are they going to do without their ray of sunshine?

(5/16/23) Eda and Luz get into a heated argument about spells and this leaves Luz feeling really down, so Hooty being the good friend he is, decides that he is going to learn spanish to suprise Luz to make her feel better! Little does Hooty know that his knew spanish teacher duo, would be the one he falls for. Yes I know the ship name is hootlingo and not hootolingo, no Im not going to change the title.
