He struggles to fit into the new invironment, and soon get on bad terms with a group of karate students. Johnny Lawrence is the tall, blonde leader of the gang, star pupil of the Cobra Kai dojo and also Daniel's mortal enemy. However, anything can happen when you are stuck alone in detention with the boy you are supposed to hate...

Johnny Lawrence and Daniel LaRusso have their last straw as rivals until they come to a truce. Johnny calls it even by inviting Daniel over to his house to make up with a homemade blueberry pie much to his stepdad's poor attitude and rude demeanor towards Daniel.
