Castiel has been mourning Meg's death for a long time now, so seeing someone who looks similar to the way she looked when she dies sets him into a grieving mood. Meg has been recently revived by an unknown source. She decides to visit him, but, upon seeing his reaction, pranks him instead.

Dean can deny that he feels something for Meg. Yes shes a demon, yes its wrong, but there was just something about her that Dean couldn't seem to resist.
