This story is set following the events of S6 E16 'Bridesmaids Revisited' and picks up three years later...you can safely assume that anything past E16 didn't happen.... Its been 5 years since we said good bye to the Gilmore Girls. When Rory becomes double heiress what will the Huntzburger's say about her being a Hayden? What happened to Logan that he doesn't remember Rory and someone unexpected has helped Rory pick up the pieces of the last 5 years. But the big question that will stump everyone is Ella's dad.

Logan and Rory finally got together after a few misunderstandings, then got married and got on April 14, 2010 to their surprise twins. Two girls. Nathalie and Norah were the great happiness of their parents until fate had left a big hole in their lives ...

This is my interpretation of after the final 4 words. I'm also a huge "The Resident" fan so I am planning this to be a sort of cross over because Conrad reminds me so much of Logan and what I envision Logan to be had he gone to med school. It is not going to be a full cross over. The location will be in and around Stars Hallow and Hartford as well it will be staying consistent with the Gilmore girl characters along with some of the resident characters as well just not at Chastain.
