Co je to shifting? V poslední době jste dost možná slyšeli o shiftingu a zajímá vás co to je... Např. na TikToku je několik tvůrců co natáčí o shiftingu. V česku ale tolik lidí není. Já se o shifting zajímám přes rok, sleduju několik lidí co už se shiftli a pokusím se tu co nejlépe podělit o to co vím <3
