Earth's mightiest heroes. Heroes like Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, and the Flash. Like Batman and Superman. Heroes like the Justice League. What would happen to the Earth if they disappeared? Slowly, one by one, some even leaving children behind. What would happen then? (I do not own DC Comics or any of its characters.)

Catrina loves the Shire. She loves the peace and quiet. But when Bilbo Baggins, one of the most sophisticated hobbit in the Shire disappears after yelling something about an adventure, she begins to wonder. Was he all right? But soon she forgets about Bilbo, because dwarves begin to show up at her home, and she sets out on an adventure of her own. To protect the Pathfinder jewel from the evil that longs for it, and to warn Lord Dain of the Iron Hills of a great battle. Will she make it through? Or will Catrina turn her back on the quest altogether and go back to her peaceful Hobbiton?

Summer Daze is inspired by all the books I've ever read about girls falling in love in, you guessed it, summer. But I kind of got bored with all those books following one of two basic story lines. 1: Girl meets boy, girl loses boy, girl wins boy back.2: Girl meets boy, girl and boy start to fall in love, girl and boy kiss. That was driving me crazy,so I decided to write my own book but didn't want it to go coo coo and have the couple always in fights and breaking up,those books agitate me. But I'm also writing this book to see what the public's reaction is to my stories I don't write English class that go through about a million editing processes. So leave me some comments on what you think, I'm completely open to constructive criticism (although I would love more constructive than criticism). Overall I would describe this book as a happy expiriment, seeing as how it's pleasing me that it's not a basic storyline and how it's testing my writing skills. I hope you enjoy the book! Bye!-Chloe
