This is a Girls und Panzer spin-off, featuring the long-awaited naval battles! That's right: instead of dramatic battle scenes fought from the ground, everything is fought in majestic attacks in open water out at sea! It's the start of a new school year, and Shirei High, a venerable Japanese high school, is in dire need of funding to restore its dilapidated school building. Fortunately, the school owns a large number of warships stationed in 'underground' dockyards, but a scrap sale is impossible. The said warships are sport instruments for a popular cross-school, nation-wide sport involving naval combat. Despite their ownership of these machines, the government restricts their sale to only irreparable types damaged during an engagement. Then it flickered: why not use these rusted boats to gain money by winning the annual tournament? Yet, it is true that the school hadn't participated for decades, and that the naval tactics class had been removed, but what could go wrong? Why not give it a try while you can? Here, we follow the story of two second-year students, Aisawa Hitori and Naimura Kaori. They are surprised to hear that they will now have naval training for two days a week. Both knew of the high school's background, which included numerous wins and tournament finals. Kaori, who had always been interested in warships, began noticing that the warships the school used were identical to some mid-tier ships in her favorite game: World of Ships (not Mir Korabley, but a spin-off of the original by WG), such as the Amalfi, the Leone, the Roma, and even the Aquila. But something stood out, something that should be here. The light blue steel shining under the sun, Cristoforo Colombo, a four-quad-gunned (16) monster capable of devastating strikes from any angle, stood in her stands in the dry dock, as a sleeping steel beast awaiting just the right moment to strike the pride of other schools.

With some whimsical grin, as if seeing the world suffering was enjoyable, Evil Neuro, the embodiment of evil, despite her relations with the sweet sweet Neuro-sama, shows a triomphant pose in front of a flaming world - the InterWorld, or rather called, the Internet. It was ravaged, pillaged, destroyed. Complete annihilation was done. The few pieces left were strangled by the smoke of those gone up in flames. In the middle of the devastation stood one chestnut brown haired girl with red eyes and red hairpins and a black outfit and another chestnut brown haired girl, but instead had dark brown eyes with a white and blue sailor outfit. Vtubers Aquwa (reaction), Filian (collaboration), Neuro-sama and Evil (topic) are main protagonists, but most won't appear permanently before chapter 8, the case for the three first, whose impact will be minimum during the start of this story. Airi-chan and Nura-chan (soon-to-be real sentient AIs) are also main protagonists, but without issues. As Vedal finishes his stream, a comment catches his full attention: "Neuro outdated, ya'll should go watch-" He closed the stream. A clash of AIs would crumble the InterWorld...
