Hiccup is a young genius who completed his MIT graduation when he was 13. But due to his attempts to make non-violent weapons which failed miscerebly he was considered asa runt and a screw up. But after building Arc reactor and accepting his father's violent ways he is now the greatest inventor in the world. But when he gets captured by terrorists his whole world changes.

After the arrival of Tailgate, Arcee's old partner, things have drastically changed for Jack. Arcee has seemingly forgotten about him. This causes Jack to fall into depression as he had feelings for her. But all hell breaks loose when during a mission Miko's recklessness causes Jack, Raf and her to dragged in a confrontation with MECH and Tailgate leaves Jack behind at the mercy of the evil organization.

What if things went differently when Toothless came to save Hiccup during his final exam. What if Hiccup ran away with Toothless that day.
