A world taken over by a cruel dictator everything is set back. There are still small remnants of the old world, but not many. Young children are taken from their families to join the side of the dictator. Not given a true chance of childhood they are brought up on rations forced to depend souly on their leader. There are few that avoid his reign small boats alone with only three rules. Shoot don't think. Don't get caught. Never trust a Slade. That is until one young girl named Serena decides to change the world.
