Will Graham is convinced that he doesn't have a soulmate, so when Hannibal Lecter kisses him on New Year's and they develop matching soulmate marks, he is more than a little surprised. But that surprise turns into inner turmoil and suspicion when he realizes that Hannibal fits the profile of the Chesapeake Ripper almost perfectly. If his soulmate is truly the notorious serial killer...well, what does that say about him? Marked mature for graphic violence, swearing, and potentially other mature themes. Will forgets everything

Will awoke with violence, as if sleeping had become dangerous. His sheets had been tossed aside, and his shirt was soaked through. Beneath him, the mattress was damp with sweat. It wasn't until he wiped a line of drool from his mouth that he realized his cellphone was ringing. "Graham," he managed without looking at the ID. His dogs swarmed around him as he sat up. "Will, are you all right?" Will looked at his bedside clock. "Why are you calling me at six in the morning, Dr. Lecter?" --- Will has a shift in feelings and decides to terminate his sessions with Dr. Lecter.
