Izuku after being neglected for his twin sister by his parents awakens his quirk and strives to be the best hero he can. Izuku basically has both of kaidou and blackbeards devil fruit abilities.

Lila and James Pines had to make a decision to save their children, but only one could survive. Mabel Pines grew up a happy life with her Grunkles. Everything was easy for her and she had lots of friends but she's been having strange dreams about a boy who looks like her. A nameless boy lived a hard life as a slave in the underworld being abused by various masters. He never complained. He always smiled. But all that changed when Bill Cipher met the boy.

After returning to school fully healed from the USJ incident, he shows up late resulting in him bumping into another student. This student has a quirk that swaps clothes she is wearing with whoever she touches with all 5 fingers on a hand. After the girls of the hero course and his whole class see him in the female student school uniform they decided one thing in particular as individuals "This boy will become my crossdressing husband one day!" With this the girls will all fight over him starting at the sports festival and going onward into the story as I contuse to write it. Also I am adding a twist with ALL FOR ONE later in the series. Note that some chapters will contain 18+ content so be warned of naughtiness up ahead. Also I will make him a much more capable one for all user in this series than compared to cannon as cannon makes no sense to me how he can be a genius at analyzing others quirks but is unable to do so for his own. So yeah slightly OP(eventually) and crossdressing Izuku story.
