"I have to tell you something." Sunny attempts to learn how to "move on" despite his conciousness. This story contains a little but of Sunburn (Sunny/Aubrey) but it isn't major.

this story takes place 1 year after Sunny told the truth to everyone at the hospital. still unable to forgive himself for Mari's death, Sunny and his friends are still together, and "happy". Sunny started dating with Kel some weeks after he got out of the hospital. everyone hangs out almost every time, sharing amazing new memories together each days. Sunny also seems so happy to be with his friends once again, but on the other side... Sunny is unable to forgive himself. he's unable to accept Mari's death, and his depression grows worse, his thoughts getting darker and darker, his health free falling, but hides all of this by his normal quiet attitude each day. he wants to enjoy his moments with Kel and his friends, and he doesn't want any of them to know what's going on with him. how long will Sunny be able to keep the act, how long will he last before breaking down completely ? sooo I wanted to write somethin about the aftermath of omori so here we go by the way warning this will be a more twisted way for things to go in the story so be prepared for that. Sunnyxbasil = perfection also I obviously dont own omori, just putting that there cause you know ;/ Also, also just got #1 on omori tag as of feburary 26, I don't really know how this works but that is an exciting mile stone I think, so..... COOL Wow for my first story this got quite the reception, still competing for the top of the omori tag like a champ almost a month after I finished it, amazing thank you :)

TLDR; BadEnding!Sunny goes to OMARI Alternate Universe After SUNNY jumps off the roof of the hospital building, he wakes up back in the past on the day of the incident. Not wanting to repeat the same mistake he did last time, he manages to save MARI and change everything, going into a coma for six years. MARI blames herself and becomes a reclusive shut-in with her own mental trauma of the event. Eventually, SUNNY wakes up to find himself in a different reality than the one he's familiar with, and will have to deal with a sister who's still alive but dealing with her own guilt and suffering from the incident that ruined both of their lives. Friends are similar, with minor differences. BASIL seems much healthier in this reality, but is he really? Once everything is over, will SUNNY find the strength to forgive himself for the sins he committed in the previous reality.
