When Peter was 6, his parents died. When Peter was 15, his uncle Ben died, and 6 months later, his aunt May died. After May Parker died from heart failure, Peter ran away from CPS and now lives on the streets. He still continues as Spider-Man, and one day bumps into his idol, Tony Stark, who recruits him to fight with him in the civil war. It's been eight years since Peter was adopted by Tony and Pepper and a lot has changed. First of all, Pepper has officially become a Stark (but she still goes by Potts much to Tony's chagrin). Second, Peter is starting his first year of middle school with his best friends Ned and MJ.
