A book of fifteen lyric poems. Mature Content Warning.

Another incredibly short story, ~250 words, of a long thought that passes one by in life's dark, quiet moments.

Y/n L/n is now at the mercy of Kisaku. He spends his days chained in a dank basement. A sliver of window is his only light. But really, is the room any darker than this psychopath's mind? Y/n L/n plots, Kisaku falls further down his rabbit hole, and the police fan out in search of the sanitarium's infamous escapee. Where oh where will it all end up, I wonder.

[Male x Male] Y/n L/n is the most infamous resident of Rosemary Sanitarium, an inpatient hospital for the violently insane. He went to trial for five murders, pled the insanity defense, and now sits in glass box for doctors gawk at day in and day out. However, no one seems to be able to decipher this stoic boy's behavior. No one is able to answer the near decade-old question of why he killed those people in the first place. So, Y/n entertains doctor after doctor, each one eventually giving up. ...Until the day one doesn't.

Y/n L/n had always aspired to be like one of the heroes that legends were written about. Unfortunately, no matter how much one desires something, they can't always achieve their wish. So no matter how many times Y/n tries to learn how to fight with a sword, tries to detect his enemies, or works on complicated footwork, he will never be a warrior. For he is blind. Rendered sightless from birth, and he is incapable of being a warrior at any capacity. So, it's a cruel, twisted joke when a Trickster God comes to Y/n in his dreams and tells the boy he's chosen for a divine quest. That quest, you ask? To hunt down and kill one of the most ruthless monsters that terrorizes the coastal town of Aegium. Medusa. However, there is an astounding amount of lack-of-foresight and planning - from everyone, all around (even the author). And just maybe, Y/n can be the hero he's always wanted to be. In an entirely different way, of course. _____ Preview: Not many Greek warriors entered the Gorgon's cave in such a bold, abrasive manner anymore. They especially did not wave their swords in the air wildly about their person and declare: "Why do you think I am here? I've been sent on a godly quest to defeat a tentacle monster!" "Pardon?" the Gorgon asked, surprised into speech by the (h/c) man's words. "Or maybe some kind of serpent. The gods weren't very clear on that part now that I think about it," the strange man continued, his back still turned to Medusa. ...It had been a long while since Medusa has felt this out of his depth. (Just wait until he learns that this man doesn't turn to stone). _____ Ft. Gay Medusa.

Y/n and Akihiko are... something. Whatever they are, it's tentative at best, and Y/n's left to navigate this strange relationship dynamic without a guide. And that entails pushing boundaries, secretly saving people's lives, and facing a part of Akihiko's past the boy had kept hidden...

(Male!Yandere x Male!Reader) Y/n has no idea how to navigate through the treacherous (but somehow completely undefined) relationship he now has with his yandere best friend. Akihiko is hot and cold. Murderous in one moment and indifferent in the next. Then Y/n catches someone's eye.

Y/n mistakenly befriends a yandere. A yandere who is totally straight and stalking some poor girl by the name of Miho. And so, Y/n stalks the stalker... (just to make sure things don't get too out of hand.) Their second year, however, changes the game. A transfer student notices the conservative, relatively friendless Y/n, and in turn a certain yandere best friend notices too... (Written in third person.) *Mature*

I believe the title is a sufficient enough explanation. (Though, looking back on it, it should just be called "The Author's Insecurities and Whines: The Complete Collection" and a byline of, "And Maybe Some Updates About The Author's Works" and that's a strong maybe)
