tord has been diagnosed with depression and goes to stupid therapy every single day. he barely sees colors anymore, everything seems like it's in black and white. the only get away from his illness is music, creating his own personal oasis for him to get away. tom of course makes nothing better, using ever chance he gets to antagonize tord. with arguing in the way, the two don't realize how much they're alike. a demon and a monster, with much of the same personalities and heart. It is the summer before senior year, and Tom has just landed a job with his ex girlfriend as a lifeguard at a public pool. Things start to take a turn when a regular at the pool is landed in 'pool prison.' I do not ship any creators behind Eddsworld, only the characters. So I would suggest to read this because this oneshot book is about the hanahaki au. Like where you love someone but they don't return the feelings and you throw up flower petals. Yeah that au. So in this book there will be different senarios of the hanahaki. Warning this is angst. If you don't like that leave.

Everyone has noticed Tom's odd behavior every few months or so ever since they were 16, yet no one had the courage to ask Tom what was wrong. That was until one day Edd had enough of it. Who knew being held back just a few seconds would put Tom in a position he never thought he'd be in. He'd been pushed as far as to reveal all his secrets. To have all his dignity go down the drain. And to have all his lust unleashed on one man. Tord. The one man Tom would never think would be the man to help him with his...special...needs.

~After the end~ Tom drank heavily in "celebration" of shooting Tord with a harpoon. Unfortunately, he overdosed and died. The afterlife wasn't what he thought it'd be, if you could even call it that. He awoke as a kitten. Somehow, he finds himself in Tord's care. Warning- Strong language, gore, lime (just kissing).
