"Of course it's happening in your head, Harry, but why on earth should that mean that it is not real?" -Dumbledore, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Ordinary, boring, and lifeless. Those were words that seemed to define the lives of Abigail and Meghan. Their monotone themes were embedded in everything from school to friends to meals. The only thing the normality didn't catch was entertainment. Books, movies, TV, music, and other things that the girls used to amuse themselves were never boring. They were whirlwinds of adventure, the perfect escape. Fandoms formed, and the two joined a million of them. But through a course of fate, they ended up finding a portal that could transport them to the universes of their favorite fictional characters. With exciting dives into the universes of each character, they learn to live- how to truly live. "What the heck just happened?" "I believe we just were transported into the book I put in the slot." "And what book would that be?" "A history textbook." She raised an eyebrow, glaring at me. "So we could be anywhere in time?" "Well, technically I think it was only on the 19th century so we're just somewhere around that time." I tried, hoping she'd see the glass half full. She didn't. "Oh. So we only are somewhere within a century. Right." "My guess is we're at the start of the century. The portal probably took us to the very start of the book. That makes sense, right? So it's probably 1800." I looked around at my surroundings. We were in a forest, tall trees towering over us like giants. "Glad to see the portal works." "Was it United States history?" Meghan asked, standing. I copied her, standing and brushing the dirt off my leggings. "I think it was World History." "So we could be anywhere on the entire planet?" I shrugged. "Probably." Disclaimer: The characters and the world of each story the girls enter do not belong to us.

Olivia Mills was a waitress at a local restaurant in New York City. Scraping minimum wage in an apartment with five roommates, she was barely able to function. She was in her senior year of college at NYU, studying to become a forensic scientist when her life completely changed. In came a tall Italian man with dark hair and an expensive suit, followed by two security guards. Olivia's shift brought her to him, and from the moment he saw her, he knew she was his. "There's something about you, Olivia," he murmured, pushing her hair back off of her shoulder and neck. She swallowed nervously. "Mr. Bianchi-" "Tony." His voice was deep and commanding. Olivia found it hard to keep her breathing in check. "Tony," she started again, "Please..." He smiled and pressed a kiss to her neck just below her chin in response. It took all of her will power not to let her knees give out then and there. "Captivating and sexy... I couldn't put it down." -@Peterslostgirl37 "Genius, truly. I loved the characters, they were so well developed that it was like they were real. It's diverse, too, it gives much more representation to minorities than most books, featuring African American, Asian, and Native American characters, the lower class, the homeless, teenage mothers, runaways, victims of abuse, the wealthy (both good and bad), lesbians, bisexuals, gay men, trans women, and a non-binary person. It really explores what actual love is in many ways, some obvious, and some not. This is one of my very favorites." -@AbigailPickardWrites "I loved it. There are a lot of books about billionaire romance on Wattpad, but this one stands apart from the rest. Not only is it a great story, but it's also funny and sprinkled with wit from the protagonists to keep readers laughing." -@Promptsfromgirls All rights reserved, thank you for reading. *****WATTYS 2015 WINNER!***** WATTPAD STAFF PICK (9/7/15) In the end, the robots win. But you already knew that. "Everyone Died + My iPhone Stopped Working" is a collection of short interviews with some of the survivors. People who have tremendous insight into the rise of Artificially Intelligent machines or, more often, don't. Why did the robots rise up? What did they want? Why couldn't they be stopped? Can they be stopped now? Is humanity doomed? And what the f--k is going on with the squirrels? You will get the answers to all of these questions. Or some of these questions. Or none of these questions. We'll see. I will be updating this once a week until I run out of stuff that I find funny. Then I'm done. I'm pretty extraordinary (read: absolutely normal) for an average guy named Patrick- Patrick Kraker, and before you ask, no, I do not want a cracker; neither does Polly. Polly's sick of crackers. a) My summer job may or may not involve spray painting myself completely silver and standing motionless in the park. Of course not. b) I also may or may not be investigating and communicating with a homeless guy who is (possibly): one, not actually homeless and two, part of a cult of (probably) bloodthirsty satanic worshippers. *** Copyright © 2015 by unfurled All rights reserved #34 Humour Featured as of 28/04/16

I live in a pretty screwed up world. I mean, we all do, but mine's a little more screwed up than your average American city. First off, I have that cliché sort of crush on my best friend. The second part of that cliché is that he's interested in every other girl but me. Second, we have superheroes. A lot of them. Flying everywhere like annoying insects, teleporting like it doesn't scare the crap out of the rest of us, defeating bad guys like they're the new Mr. Incredible. The whole works. The third thing is, I'm one of those superheroes. My name is Kiera Knight, but the rest of the world knows me as Shadow. _________________________ Kiera Knight has been saving Cryptic City from her nemesis, Blaze, for two years now. As soon as she thinks she's got him under control, the wildfire spreads chaos through both of her lives-as Shadow and Kiera. But she soon finds out that masks can't hide every secret, and she might have been helping guard a secret that could put Cryptic City in ruins. "I hate supervillains. But after being a superhero, I think I'd prefer to be a supervillain now." _________________________ (I seriously didn't even think of Keira Knightley when I made up her name. Just thought I'd let you know.)

Death is ready to visit a new world! Based on the published novel and Wattpad sensation, Death is My BFF is now a webcomic! Experience the story like never before now only on WEBTOON! This is a VERY rough, early draft of "Death is My BFF" and the published version looks very different! :) ****** (2014 WATTY AWARD WINNER!) The legendary Angel of Death has spared Faith Williams' divine soul. However, this merciful act comes at a price. When she turns eighteen, her soul and everything that she is, will belong to him. The problem? Faith's not going to hell without a fight. Death isn't the only creature that has taken notice in her uniqueness. Demons, monsters, one vengeful demi-god, and a notorious playboy are all wrecking havoc on her life. Torn between two worlds, Faith must decide once and for all whom she can trust, and whom she can allow herself to love, before all of hell breaks loose. Even if it means striking another deal with Death. * * * FAQ: HELLO, YOU BEAUTIFUL PERSON! :) You CAN read this story without reading the Original Death series. DEATH IS MY BFF REWRITTEN is a total rewrite of the first draft of "Death is My BFF", which I wrote when I was 14. The ORIGINAL series is on my profile, but it does not line up with this book. Again, the book you are currently on is "Death is My BFF Rewritten," which is part of the Rewritten Death Chronicles, and this book does not line up with the original Death series. Again, the Rewritten Death Chronicles will share similarities to the original series, but should be considered a SEPARATE from the series I wrote when I was 14! Please enjoy!!!!! Xoxo, Katarina E.
