You are not defined by how others treat you. You are not measured by the noise of the world. You are the keeper of your own worth. When you choose to honor your voice, your time, your body, and your heart, you remind yourself: I am enough. Self-respect is not something to be earned-it is something to be remembered. Self-respect is not a destination, but a companion on your journey through life. Some days it will feel effortless; other days, it will require conscious effort and courage. But every time you honor your worth-through your thoughts, choices, and actions-you are building a life of dignity, strength, and fulfillment. Respect yourself, always. For when you do, the world learns how to respect you too.
