Fawn, the quiet assistant of the Duke, accompanies him during a trade visit to Castle Dimitrescu. Small, polite, and visibly vulnerable especially with her paralyzed arm she immediately catches the attention of Lady Dimitrescu and her daughters. At first, the daughters treat the girl as little more than entertainment, testing her obedience, patience, and composure. They expect fear, resistance, or defiance but Fawn gives none. Instead, she responds with quiet respect and unwavering politeness, even when frightened. Lady Dimitrescu watches carefully. Beneath the girl's calm demeanor she senses something deeper: trauma, discipline, and a strange fragility that refuses to break. As the Duke's visits continue, Fawn spends more time inside the castle. Slowly, the daughters' curiosity turns into protectiveness, though they would never admit it aloud.

She takes up space she wasn't invited into. When she lands in a house that already has its own balance, everything goes wrong fast. **Excerpt from The Alpha's Pup** "...Alpha's have always been protective of their pack. Bloodthirsty for revenge and a little too willing to kill for the members. But as of recent, us wolves have found a way to...distract them; to calm them." A sharp nail traces up my calf and my eyes widen in horror "You're going to let him kill me?" My eyes water as I gasp for breath, overwhelmed by this new insight. "What-no!" He jerks back in alarm. "We simply give them someone that they can..." He bites his lip, an odd gesture for such a huge man. "Micromanage, if you will. That way they pay less attention to the pack, and they become less...protective because of it. At least to the pack. Not so much the pup." I breathe slowly trying to calm my beating heart. "And you want me to be that person?" "Yes." Summary: Lyncoln Carter is the son of possibly the most influential man in America, Gabriel Carter. As CEO of Sleek enterprises, there's not many who rival his father's power. And yet, Lyncoln somehow manages to (accidentally) mate someone who could destroy his father's entire career with a simple command to his packs. Yeah. That's right, packs. As the Head Alpha of America, Dominic Carson isn't just the Alpha of one wolf pack. He's in charge of every packs Alpha. And the instinct to protect his wolves is amplified with each pack. Which is why his attention needs to be focused on one wolf. One person. What Lyncoln doesn't quite realize is just how protected he's going to be. Every move he makes, Dominic will be there, making sure his pup, his little Achilles heel is safe. With every day they remain mated, the urges grow stronger, more intense. How will Lyncoln react as Dominic increases his obsessive protectiveness?

Her name was written in golden ink, and nothing would ever be the same. Aurelia never imagined her quiet life would matter to anyone-until the Quill of Calling inscribed her name in glowing gold, marking her as chosen. Now she's a student at Crowned Star University, an ethereal academy hidden far from the world she knew, where future royals and magical beings are shaped into something greater. Within its velvet-draped halls, she finds freedom for the first time... and something else stirring-something forgotten, blooming slowly inside her. Her magic doesn't follow rules. It pulses with emotion, echoing fear, softness, longing. It reacts to dreams. To safety. To pain. And to them. There are whispers about the four princes-each one cloaked in power, mystery, and something she can't quite name. Wind, shadow, light, and stone. Their eyes linger too long. Their presence shifts the air. And somehow, without meaning to, Aurelia begins to belong to places-and people-she never thought would see her. But when a cursed book begins to pull on her soul, and a ghost starts whispering truths no one else dares speak, Aurelia must decide who she is: the girl who was written in gold... or the one who will rewrite the story entirely. * * * Contains age regression, mental health issues, graphic scenes, abuse

Being in love with your roommate wasn't exactly ideal. Being in love with your roommate and a stranger you met at some bar was even messier. Though, seeing them in love with each other made it a whole lot easier. As a puppy hybrid, I was used to a lot of attention from others. Theirs just happened to be my favorite. --- Chet fell in love easily. He skipped the pining and fell head over heels without looking back. He loved hard, fast, and maybe a little too much. They made it too easy to fall in love with.
