Corruption in the government has led to the increase of child trafficking, so much so that any child is lucky to not have been kidnapped by the age of 6. What hero's are unable to do though is easily done by the vigilante Karma, a hero to the people. Izuku Midoriya was a class 1-A student at UA high, he then gets framed for stealing some files, and everything changes. He gets beaten by his classmates, forced to return One For All, and gets taken to Tartarus immediately. On the helicopter ride there, he realizes all his efforts were in vain and decides to jump. The teen knelt down and buried his face on the ground. Cold, was the first thing that he noticed, it was winter after all. He screamed in anguish, cursing the people that made his life difficult. His father, his "friend", and the people in the society he lives in. He screamed, yelled, shouted his heart out in the middle of the church. He kept asking why, Why, Why! Why did he have to suffer this much? Why was he never given a quirk? Why did his mother leave? Why did his father become abusive? Why is god making him suffer so much? He cried, lifting his head, he saw the church on fire.

After being told that he couldn't be a hero by multiple people, he gave up and decided to become a police officer instead. He's traumatized of small spaces (because of the sludge monster incident) and avoids them unless it's an emergency. He soon became known as Deku, a young apprentice to the police. He has helped the police greatly, and has made multiple gadgets to help catch villains. What will happen next?

This my first time making a fanfiction stories Ukuzi but you can read backward right its Izuku singing but he's not in the UA so he's quirkless, but he could be an artist. Ok question I'll considered Izuku has a quirk but it a secret, but soon he'll been in UA after all but he never met Katsuki Bakugou since his in high school. Izuku never went to school since his kid, but he knows what he was doing and he's not shy any more. And also he will late for Class 1A.
