Tommy has been in the orphanage for a while now. It's almost like it been his whole life there. While Ranboo on the other hand only been there for about a couple of years. Ms. Goldberg or Ms. Ranbow as Tommy calls her, told them that Ranboo and Tommy have to see the person together. And when they do they meet Philza and his sons, Wilbur and Techno.
