It takes place in 1733's. Ruki is at the age of 17 and still has no girlfriend. No girl will even bother to take a look upon him. One morning he awakes at 6am. Its still night, the sky is turning from purple to blue, still in his night clothes, he walks outside. His best friend is standing outside, staring at a horse in the pasture and a man with no head appears. After they are attacked and chased threw the woods his best friend is killed. Ruki runs back to the village and screams for everyone. Everyone comes outside and the headless man turns his horse amd runs off into the woods before anyone can see. Ruki shows them where his friend's body is. But no one believes his story accept Reita. Soon, Reita and Ruki's friendship grows into something more. Knowing they will be shunned for it, they sneak off together every morning and come back later. But with the killer loose, they should really watch their steps.
