Walang mahalaga kay Ramcel kundi manood ng cartoons sa T.V, mabili at mabasa ang latest issue ng Funny Komiks at kung paano makakakupit sa sari-sari store nila para may pambili. Walang nakakapukaw sa atensyon nya hanggang sa makilala si Victoria, ang bagong lipat nilang kapit-bhay at sya ring nagpatibok ng kanyang puso.

Matapos nakawin ni Ramcel ang first kiss ni Victoria, hindi na nagkita pa ang dalawa. To Victoria's disappointment, hindi nagparamdam sa kanya ang matalik na kaibigan. Hindi nya ito masisisi dahil nasaktan nya ito noon. Wala syang ibang inasam kundi ang matupad ang pangarap na maging chef at makitang muli si Ramcel.
