Basically it's classroom of the elite but kiyotaka is in class B, same characters different plot and story, and it is a Kiyotaka x Honami fanfic, kiyotaka's past will be revealed as the story progresses in the fanfic, also the personalities of the character will be slightly different from the novels. [The story was inspired by the manga series "100 Girlfriends who really, really, really, really, really love you," which is a very fun and wholesome harem story in my opinion.]
