Nightmare found a young child a long time ago. When they fell into a coma it sent him over the edge. several hundred years later the child wakes up in a castle of darkness, surrounded by people, er... skeletons, that they don't know. Now they are being raised by murderers, cannibals, and world destroyers. Oh yeah! And their Uncle is the god of Death. Fun. WARNING (but not really): This story has been known to give people heart attacks and possible death from wholesome cuteness. I am not responsible for said medical emergencies or deaths. When Nightmare said he wanted a group of monsters that would be loyal to only him and cause mayhem, he didn't mean four babybone brats. Now he has to take care of them while also trying to train them to become the perfect group of monsters that he wanted when they grow up.

When Dream starts noticing the little hints that maybe not everything is as it seems with the bad sanses, he sets out to investigate and soon enough, figures out the truth. When he tells Ink about it, he discovers Ink had already known and is behind it all. Unfortunately, Dream can't say anything or Ink will have Hate turn him back to stone. How long can he last? i was looking through tumblr (as you do) and i saw these ink headcannons and after making some of my own...well this is gonna be fun ink has a problem ...a very recent one because the once (somewhat) respected god of creation and protector of aus is now being treated like a child, he hates it, dream and blue love it, and nightmare is tired of looking after dreams sassy long lost child when he needs his nap....and dreamswap??? apparently so.
