When your whole world is falling apart what are you supposed to do? Fall into panic, or act like everything is okay on the outside when deep inside it really wasn't. Clay decided to do just that, when his dad dies he is completely crushed, only then to find his best friends both lay dead on the blood filled hardwood floors. George, Dream and Sapnap are finally meeting up, but Dream soon realises something is completely wrong. What is George hiding? Daily torture, pain and a deep secret are the things that are breaking him more and more. George has a disease called "osteogenesis imperfecta" which causes his bones to break very easily. After tenths of bone breaks, multiple surgeries and even bullies who purposely break George's bones, he starts getting more and more hopeless... The two meet in an unexpected way, everything seems to get better. Right? Until the torture escalates more and more and there doesn't seem to be a way out anymore... Clay's life seems fine, but is everything except from fine due to bullies ruining his happiness day by day. His grandpa is the only one who knows everything about him, but when he gets really sick and passes away, Clay's life completely collapses. Clay is traumatised by his past and becomes cold and emotionless, hurting himself to feel something while his life is filled with emptiness. His parents are hopeless and don't know how to help him anymore while he games all day and skips school. George struggles with an eating disorder and seeks help on the wrong sites, meeting a coach who is "eighteen" years old. George trusts him and ends up sending him pictures of himself without anything on, not realising the terrible effects of this. His escape is to game as well, meeting an emotionless person who appears to have a soft spot for him. Will they be able to help each other? After Clay gets evicted, he has to live on the streets. He breaks down completely and he doesn't see any purpose anymore. When he sleeps on the streets, he sees a boy passing by everyday. One day the boy comes up to him, giving him food and coffee. After Clay gets a high fever, the boy invites him over at his house, but that's where Clay makes the biggest mistake of his life... Clay isn't able to go to school after he gets diagnosed with gastroparesis, a partial paralysis of the stomach. The daily usage of liquid food through his nose tube, extreme stomach pains and frequent throwing up are now the main topics of his life which drives him to absolute madness... After George gets kicked out from his home, he needs to live on the streets and survive on his own as an underaged boy. He starts using his money in the wrong way and eventually runs out, seeking a job as a babysitter in a family with a very sick boy. Clay does anything to enjoy life as a normal teen and acts like the funny guy who constantly jokes about his sexuality and uses a lot of pick-up lines which makes everyone laugh.
