Her friends now have to deal with a very cold leader. They were hoping she would come back. Will she come back? And if she does, what will happen between her and him? Murders happen almost every week at Adventure Bay. Residents took cameras to see who this nighttime serial killer is. After zooming in on his face, this killer is none other than Rocky, the PAW Patrol's recycling pup. Rocky is therefore in jail, but Chase who thinks that Rocky is not guilty, gives him 48 hours to prove his innocence before he will be deported to another prison far from Adventure Bay.
