After Hunter and Edric first meet they both can't stop thinking about each other. Hunter is struggling with what's right and what's wrong with emotions. While Edric gains a huge crush on the Golden Guard, he is trying to realize his feelings for the new kid at Hexside, Hunter. But over time they will come to realize their true feelings for each other, and they won't be able to help falling in love with the other. This contains fluff, probably some angst, cute scenes, common cliches, funny moments, definitely cringe, and absolutely GAY. Enjoy :)

Edric makes a bet with his sister to get a date to the yearly Boiling Isles Carnival before it ends. After the bet is bound by magic, Edric starts to search for the perfect date at his favorite place, the library. There he meets the man of his dreams. Stumbling upon The Golden Guard hadn't exactly been on Edric's list of top ten things likely to happen while taking a walk in the woods. It certainly wasn't a bad thing though. After getting stood up, Edric was at an all time low with his romantic endeavors.
