''No'' Harry answered finally, and Louis didn't know if that was a good or bad answer in that exact minute. Its weird how all this time, Louis' plan was to persuade Harry to not sell the farm, and yet somewhere along the lines it jumbled and now here he was, more worried about the man sitting next to him leaving than the farm. He was being selfish; he wasn't going to bind Harry to this place as well. Or A countryside AU where Louis spent his entire life looking after a farming estate. And his entire life's work may all be for nothing when Harry Styles moves back into town and decides he wants to sell the land.

Detention is supposed to be a punishment, but for Louis and Harry, it's the start of something beautiful. Unfortunately, what starts off as a harmless love affair quickly takes a turn for the worse. Through all the stereotypes, judgments, family issues, and demons from the past, Louis and Harry struggle to stay strong. What happens in detention, stays in detention.
