Long ago, the Sun and Moon began a feud that tore the human world apart. At the center of it all was their daughter, Harmony. Now, many millennia later, the story unfolds yet again. Zuko and Katara have been fighting for so long, caught in a vice between their lies and the truths they don't want to see. And stuck in the middle is their daughter, Allia. *A Zutara fanfic* Kara has been living in a little fishing village in the northern Earth Kingdom for as long as she can remember--literally. She woke up on its shores nearly six months ago, and she knows that if it hadn't been for Aki, she'd be dead. She's accepted that her life is in this village now, whoever she may have been--to her mind, it's better this way. It's better not knowing. But then a boy comes to the village--a boy who carries himself like a man. He's different from anyone Kara's ever seen before, and he seems to know her, he seems to understand her in a way no one else has. His name, he says, is Lee, but he says no more than that, and Kara is lost. How is she supposed to reconcile the little she knows about herself with this handsome, scarred stranger? How is she supposed to know what to do, when she doesn't even know who, or what, she is? And, more importantly, how is the banished prince of the worst nation in history supposed to convince a girl with no memory--a girl that he believed to be dead because of his actions--that he's on her side, when he knows that if she ever remembers, she will hate him?

During the invasion, Katara is separated from the group and is taken prisoner along with the adults. Zuko, when finally deciding to follow his heart and help the avatar, realizes to prove himself to the Avatar he must save Katara and return her to them. So he doesn't yet confront his father and continues to pretend to be the perfect prince, waiting for the moment he can escape with the Avatar's waterbending teacher. But Azula has other plans, intending to extract all the information she can from Katara she starts to play a dangerous mind game. Slowly starting to try and twist Katara's perspective. Since Zuko became the Fire Lord, he's been having some premarital issues, but that's only expected of two young lovers. Right? Or are they lovers at all? Before now, Zuko has never felt so much pressure to conceive an heir, from both internal and external forces. But when his fiancée, the infamously grumpy Mai, denies him the ability to do this, he finds that he has to turn to a more secretive method of having his way, a method that happens to land him in trouble. Not only is someone trying to kill him, but he realizes that his fate has slipped through his fingers. Or has it? Explicit Content, as always.

After the war, Katara is sick of following Aang around, she is sick of being called 'the avatar's girl' as if she was only some prize and not the powerful water and blood bender that she is. So Katara leaves the avatar and her destiny takes her deep into the Fire Nation where she meets a famed Blue Spirit that needs her help.

The avatar is gone, no one has seen or heard of a new avatar for a century. The fire nation is at war with the world with plans for total domination, and an alliance with one tribe may prove more valuable than originally thought.

Aang masters the Avatar State - at the stake of his love for Katara. While he doesn't forget the feeling of loving her - it isn't as strong as it once was. This will change all of their destiny's. Will Aang able to control the avatar state so early, will it be for the better? Zuko has made the commitment to help the Avatar and his crusade. He integrates into the gaang at the hostility of Sokka but at the welcome embrace of Katara. He finds his place in none other than her.
