I have always wondered what Alex Karev would write to Arizona Robbins in 16x16 if she was still on the show. So, I attempted to make one about what his letter would be to her! I am new to writing stories on here, so no judgement please, aha!

the story starts from the very first slexie scene. from there on it will be a completely different storyline. it's just an interesting take on my all time favorite tv couple. other couples will be tied in too but again these characters don't belong to me. they all belong to shonda rhimes and the creators at greys anatomy. i'm in no way claiming them as my own.

George O'Malley didn't die. He didn't even get hit by bus or signed up for the military. He had a normal life in fact he had a little sister. Her name Josephine Alice O'Malley (Jo Wilson in the TV show). George and Jo are siblings who are doctors. Jo starts her intern year at the same hospital as her brother, but will he get in the way of a possible relationship with Dr. Alex Karev.

Alex just left Jo with a letter. Mer becomes Jo's new person. When Jo stays home because she is not feeling well Meredith starts to see some red flags and asks a lot of questions. What will happen to Jo when she founds out she is pregnant with Alex's baby. Will he come back?

This is a story about Alex Danvers/Lexie Grey coming to Seattle with Kara Danvers and they see Meredith Grey..

After Jo and Alex separated, he came back and so do some of the classic characters, all with incredible reasons and lots of intense drama. After finding out about life changing events, does he stick around or leave, for a second time. Mainly Jo and Alex, but includes Callie and Arizona also, with some other ships.

Alex (from supergirl) and Lexie (from greys anatomy) are the same person. Alex decides to go to Seattle after the death of Derek Shepherd even though everyone thinks she is dead.

Nobody dies in this story. The plane Crash does happen but nobody dies from it.
