What if Mirabel had ran away when no one believed her? What if her cousins actually did believe her? Mirabel was used to being cast aside. Used to not having the choice of whether or not to do tasks for the people within the town. She always did what she thought would make her family proud. I had an idea while I was daydreaming about a story that I put into Encanto. This story takes place after the movie Encanto and has all the same characters except for a character I added in. Cadence was just a normal girl with a normal life. One day her parents disappeared. Bruno Madrigal found her all alone and offered to bring her in. Cadence agreed and has been living with the Madrigals ever since. No one expected her to get a gift because she wasn't a Madrigal, but she still hoped for one, even if she didn't realize it. But, maybe Cadence getting a gift wouldn't be a good thing.

What if Mirabel never saw the cracks? After being ignored at her primo's gift ceremony, Mirabel decided to leave the toxic Madrigal family, and the rest of Encanto behind. But when the magic starts to disappear from Encanto, it is up to the Mirabel to save her family and her home.

What if Mirabel left Encanto after the casita fell? Would she be welcomed back upon return? [[(I will try do daily chapters :) I hope you all like this, it's my first proper story)]]
