Have they never once thought that he was not bad luck or a dark omen but just a mere messenger- a simple seer and not some evil god that bends the future to feed on others' despair. It always made one wonder just why they were so keen on blaming the youngest and only son of the Madrigal Family on all their misfortunes when they should actually be thanking him for giving them a heads up. Have you ever wondered what would've happened if the family DID see Bruno's vision? Well come along for the ride as the Madrigals learn friend from foe as well as how, or more specifically who, to trust. Ten years is a long time. Long enough for Mirabel to be raised by her uncle and for the rest of the family to scramble for answers to the unexplained vision left behind. But everything changes when she and Bruno are completely separated, forcing her to come home. Now Mirabel will meet the family again and will need to do her own digging to answer some questions she had never thought to ask before.

Bruno Madrigal had been living in the walls of Casita for 10 whole years. He lost a lot of time. Returning was very awkward for him at first, not being used to human interaction or using his gift. After about a year he finally feels comfortable again with his family and himself. The town is still a little weary of him but his family helps him. One day Bruno gets a vision, a woman is injured struggling to get out of the river outside of the Encanto. Bruno uses that vision to try to help her. Little did be know how much that vision would change his life. This isn't a reader x Bruno I'm not good at writing those so apologies if that was what you were looking for.
