In not my first and hopefully the last fanfiction I ever make, I've decided to rewrite King of the High Seas, an old story that was discontinued due to my lack of motivation. Now I'm back, and a better writer, and hopefully will be able to do more this time around. Yes, this story is fanfiction. I'm kind of ashamed of that. But, I believe it's higher quality than typical fanfiction. It's been about a year since the Presidian Disaster and Monarch's duel with Crimson 1. Cascadia is rebuilding, and the Federation is in shambles as other states staged uprisings of their own, made easy by the Federation's lack of resources after pouring them all into the Cascadian Independence War. After receiving a contract from the Republic of Magadan, one of the newly independent nations, Sicario heads to a deep sea testing rig. Icarus Armories is causing a commotion, and Magadan wants them shut down. However, clear skies is all but what awaits them. Sector D2 owns Project Wingman.
