Shikamaru and Temari are class rivals in college. Ino wants everyone to to something fun for halloween and forces them to become partners for a scary haunted house, making them grow closer instantly. Not wanting to separate for the rest of their fun halloween night, Temari and Shikamaru confess their feelings for each other.

Temari and Shikamaru take turns trying to teach the other how to relax, while the other teaches them how to have fun. The troublesome back and forth leads them down a drag of undeniable messy romantic feelings instead.

This is my take on ShikaTema. Temari moves to Konoha and is trying to find her place in new city she calls home. She is encountered with many inexplicable situations. Does fate have to do anything with this or is it irrelevant? This is a romance filled with comedy. The story is set 2 years after the war and their years are unchanged (Temari is 22, Shikamaru and Konoha's twelve are 19). Neji is alive in this one.
