When Spencer is given the opportunity to work with a publisher and publish their own book, they are determined to write a romance book proposal that no one will want to turn down. The only problem: none of their ideas are authentic enough. Since Spencer never felt the need to date before, their writing teacher encourages them to pursue romance to help inspire their book. While Spencer is determined to not date anyone, they are willing to give it a try for the sake of their writing.
