Kellin has a lot of issues which he covers up with acting out and being down right sassy. Vic, his new guidance counselor and teacher, however sees right through his carefree act. Vic just wants to help him, like any guidance counselor would, but he didn't expect to get so close.

Wild and reckless, Kellin Quinn is a rich, over indulged little brat who loves to party hard. His antics are getting in the way of his parent's public image though so they call in his step brother, Vic Fuentes, to keep him in line.
