This is a fanfic of a Hufflepuff girl who is the biological daughter of Sirius Black and the adopted daughter of Remus Lupin. Lily Marie Black was named after Lily Potter whom Sirius and Remus were both close friends with. Lily Black is one year older than the famous Harry Potter. After Sirius Black goes to Azkaban, Lily has to go undercover with the last name Pollard. She lives with her stepfather, Lupin, who believes Sirius was on Voldemort's side, but Lily just doesn't believe it. Lily has a hard time making friends, but eventually finds a close friend in Hufflepuff as well as her new good friend Cedric Diggory. When Harry Potter first comes to Hogwarts, Lily is in her second year. She doesn't speak to him because she is afraid to. Considering the fact that her father was framed for betraying his parents and the fact that she was named after his dead mother, Lily Potter. Not only that, but she knew that her father, Sirius Black, was Potter's godfather as well and was sitting in a cell in Azkaban as they spoke. Lily's disagreement with her stepfather made her home life difficult, but that was nothing compared to the fact that every full moon, Lily had to say good-bye to Lupin as he hid away to transform into a monstrous werewolf. In the next books, she experiences the deaths of loved ones, making friends and losing friends, and fighting against Lord Voldemort.
