Deku gets sick during movie night. I kept this as cannon as possible. No new characters, no prior-to-this story changes. All the dorms are in the same place. No ships. Everyone's behavior is very similar to in the show. It's just a thought process of "What would happen if Tsu threw a movie night, and Deku got sick during it?" I did dramatize his sickness because I feed off of stories like this, but it's all within reason to be an actual arc during year one, shortly after they get dorms, and right before the training together arc. I tried to sandwich it as nicely as possible.
