This is a BNHA/My hero academia fanfic. midoriya owns a cafe and in this cafe both heros and villains can come in here and are not allowed to fight while in here. He also has a policy called "you break it you pay for it" Also in this version bakugou moves schools a little while before izuku was told that he was quirkless. (Book cover is not my art)

Izuku opens a bakery to be a home for pets that got abandoned or abused. Izuku is quirkless, but he saves a little three-legged dog in a cardboard box that he found in an alleyway and takes them home. Bakugou Katsuki is banned from premise until he learns his lesson. Izuku is a professional hacker that uses his hacking skills as well as physical strength to fight crime. He works in a small cafe as a barista, one which pro hero Aizawa frequents. Aizawa had been struggling to gather information about a vigilante that had been dealing with crimes neglected by police. Little did he know, the vigilante had been making him coffee every morning. Aizawa discovered the vigilante wasn't as old as they had predicted and was undeniably living alone. With crime on the rise, the vigilante seemed to be injured every time they met. In order to protect him from the dangers of villains, he will have to capture him first. [TW's include panic attacks, suicidal ideation, self harm and abuse.]

It was common knowledge that the quirked were superior to the quirkless in every possible way. It was common knowledge that the quirkless were a useless minority, unneeded in today's advanced, superpowered society. Just because it's 'common' knowledge doesn't mean it's correct. Izuku Midoriya was a part of that 'useless' minority. And he was not inferior in any way.

After his dream is finally crushed, Izuku isn't quite sure there's anything left for him to live for, but...he can't exactly kill himself either, not without hurting the people he cares the most about. So, when he realizes that the quirkless can't technically be vigilantes, it seems like the best of both worlds. He'll be able to save people even without being a hero and, if he happens to die while he's at it...well, like Kacchan said, maybe he'd be born with a quirk in the next life. NOT MY STORY!
