Carter is apart of a northern mafia of a city, but when she does and attack on the southern mafia she gets captured. They try to use her against her brother who is the head of the northern mafia for more land and money. But while she's there she meets a guy who doesn't seem all that bad. Will he help her or just cause more harm?
