When the radical Puricians take over the government, breeds and species are rated on a scale of 1-6 on how "useful" and "supportive" they are to the Puricians. All species and breeds rated 4 and under are taken away and "pruned" to preserve the purity. The Octonauts can only retreat into hiding and helplessly watch as people are taken away, or can they?
