The Third-In-Command of the Nemesis ship is known for his commitment to the vow of silence-- a vow he took for Cybertronians to know he was not like the other Council members; that he was not all-talk. He is silent, but has more voice compared to the other Decepticons; he is idle, yet his frame screams power-- that much, bots and cons alike can understand. Soundwave proved that his actions speak louder than his words. And then there was you: a talkative human, often spouting words that contradicts her own actions; saying things that are parallel to them. Or perhaps, it's not that you speak the opposite of your intentions but you often misunderstand what you want. If (Y/n)(L/n) can't understand herself, then of course, nobody could. And then, the two opposites meet-- each distinct feature contradicting the other. One was an ancient Cybertronian, and another was a young human. One was silent, the other has words to say. One has forgotten how to feel, while the other wishes she cannot feel. Be as contrasting as they may, both share a common characteristic; one they can share a mutual bond with: both are not normal in their own worlds. The two lack humanity. And like how they're different, the same applies to their way of minds. They both have different depictions for the term "humanity".

Hiding amongst the mountain peaks, (Y/N) (L/N) knew she would be found at some point. Whether it would be by the Autobots, Decepticons or her past, she didn't know. It was inevitable. But she liked the solitude while it lasted. The Decepticon TIC did not hide but was unseen and unheard. Gaining information and doing things right without fail is what he's known for. Book 2 of the Rising Storm Series Dreadflight has spent three years with the DJD, chasing down lead after lead, hoping to track down what remains of the Functionist Council. When Dreadflight, a Decepticon assassin, is apprenticed to the D.J.D, she is surprisingly welcomed. The D.J.D. has their own set of demons, often in the form of Overlord who can't seem to leave them alone, but as well as many nightmares they experience in a line of work she never knew they did. Killing traitors is actually more of a side thing to cover up the real goings on, and there are a lot more enemies to the Decepticon name than Tarn and Megatron care to reveal. When an infiltrator is found inside their main headquarters however, all chaos threatens to break loose. But while Megatron swiftly covers everything up, Dreadflight finds herself running with the D.J.D. to stop the beginnings of a second, much more destructive war brewing on the horizon.
