Lev Sanders has recently been transferred to Watson Lake after a series of mishappenings occur down in the major city of Port Colborne. Being demoted from police captain of a major city to a police officer of the small town of Watson Lake, Lev welcomes the change of pace but his hopes of a new quiet life are diminished when troublemaker Calix Morrison makes consistent appearances in his life and begins to shake things up for him.
